"I placed an order months ago , and up to this date they have the same process ,“ We will check with the 3rd Party Seller and they will send an email in 24-48 hours .” This is my fourth time calling . I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager and the advisor is not able to let me speak with anyone else - only that an email will be sent . I keep insisting for him to understand it has being months that I get the same response and I don’t get a solution. Simply-I don’t want a refund I just want the items to be send . I ask if in the email a phone number will be available for me to call but he says no . So , I repeat myself all I get from the email is to verify address which I have done several times and that’s it . No follow up and no order gets delivered and this is why I want to speak to a Supervisor. I finally get ,” Do you want a Supervisor to call you back ?” I say ,”yes “and when I ask for the Supervisor name the Advisor response “ He is not able to give me a name .” Just FYI I am not upset with the Advisor , I know his following up “ Sears Process” I don’t understand why we are not able to speak with a Manager or Supervisor???? Is like hiding behind your employee to deal with all the upset customers. "
"I ordered a WPW10710203. refrigerator bin on March 7. It was broken. The packing material is minimal and inadequate. The second time they sent me something for a dishwasher that was also broken. The third time i got another refrigerator bin that was broken exactly like the first. Looks like a machine is loading them and breaking them. It could be a Sears problem or Whirlpool problem but they don't seem to know how to do anything but ship more parts. The agents were excellent."
"Ordered a part. They sent me the incorrect part twice (over a period of 3 weeks). After the 2nd time and 2nd call (about 20 to 30 minutes on hold each time) they realized that their website is incorrect. The part on their website for $60 is really $100. They are saying the part for $60 that theyve sent me incorrectly twice is an older version. The part listed for $60 on the website that they are now trying to charge me $100 for is the newest version and is exactly what I need. They wanted me to pay another $100 on top of the $60 I’ve already paid. They said they would refund the $60 to me when they receive the two incorrect parts back. I told them I felt like they were trying to hustle me and would like to speak to a manager. I was then informed that the manager is on another call and would return my call in 1 to 2 hrs. Who are these people? And how do they have a successful business having customer service like this!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!"
"I ordered 5 Dishwasher Trim Screws on January 17th. The estimated Arrival Date was Wednesday January 30,2019. I realized that I had no mail service on Wed. January 30 but I figure it would be delivered on Thursday January 31.2019. The Trim screws did not arrive on Thurs. Hopefully they are coming because the invoice has been paid for.

"Ordered a small part which cost $30. and with packaging weighed less than an ounce. Was charged $10 for shipping UPS.
Was the wrong part. Was told could not return by 1st class mail; had to use their UPS label with another $10 charge. Also got a restock fee of $7. even though exchanged. Bottom line, $30 part returned for a refund $3.00!!! "

One part is keeping my Dryer from working and the other is just an extra part. Even though I am PAYING for shipping, they are holding BOTH parts up FOR 2 MONTHS waiting for the backordered extra part. If your stupid enough to order from them, order one line item at a time. "Buyers Beware! After confirming with SearsPartsDirect associates that products were in stock, I ordered the parts. When following up 4 days later for my tracking number I discovered the parts were on backorder. They refused to cancel my order and refund my $441.64 withdrawn from my account for the parts “in stock”. After 10 days and greater than 20 phone calls later, they refuse to cancel my order and refund my money for parts they do not have. Each phone call resulted in a different story about my order from their associates. They have NO customer service leadership or dispute resolution options for consumers and they told me they do not have the ability to cancel orders. Today they tell me I have to wait to receive the part and after I receive it then I can send it back and they can begin to process a refund. When will that be? Nobody really knows. They stated today that the manufacturer shipped it to me directly but were unable to provide me with a tracking number. After contacting the manufacturer of the part, they confirmed with me that this is simply not true and they have not shipped anything to me because that would be the responsibility of SearsPartsDirect, not them. This is the most deceptive business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and they have consistently been deceptive with their practices and fraudulent in taking my money for parts they knowingly did not have and still do not have! Avoid SearsPartsDirect at all costs and save yourself a lot of stress and money!"
"Lousy, lousy, lousy customer service. Their order department is stocked to the gills with incompetent sales people but the people who should be addressing customer complaints are all out to lunch all the time. I was lied to and rather than address my issue they simply disconnected me.

"I was shopping for a knob for my Kenmore stove. They had one for $20+ dollars other vendors had them for 19.99 for a set of 5. I could not tell if it was a set or single knob. With the shipping and tax my total was $36.48. I was thinking it had to be one set! WRONG! One lousy knob! Last time I will ever do business with them. Have you ever wondered how Sears who used to sell houses in their catalog could possibly go bankrupt? Well now we know and soon to go will be sears parts!"
"I purchased a Kenmore Dryer from Sears, about 7 months later the dryer stopped working. After speaking with the customer service rep about my issue they sent a tech out to figure out what was wrong with my dryer. After diagnosing it the tech said he would put in a order for the parts (3 parts). Two parts came within reasonable time; however they said they last part was on backorder and I should receive it in about two weeks. Well two weeks turned in the 3 months. Every time I called to check on the status they would give me the same story; "I'm sorry, it's back ordered, were working on it, we don't know when the part will be in". Every time I spoke with someone they would send a follow up email stating that I had an appointment with a technician. I figured this was strange because they had just told me via telephone that the part is still on back order. The customer service department is terrible. I even asked to speak to a supervisor/manager whom was supposed to take contact another department and call me back. He never called me back. I even chatted with someone via the computer whom stated he would check into it and call me back. I never received a call from him either. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I just received the part today after waiting 3 months. I will never buy anything from this place again!!"
"Spent 2 hours being transferred 8 times, between parts, technicians and reg phone techs, to answer a simple question, is my part under warranty. The 8th person finally figured out, "no." It is the 3rd Kenmore elite stove top I have purchased in the last 3 years... - according to the reps everyone buys a new stove top for their $1200 double oven every year. I'm just crazy to assume the next one will break if I purchase another one.
These Indians have been awesomely trained on transferring the call, suggesting a tech come out or to immediately place an order. As far as customer service goes...took 8 people to understand and answer my simple question. Thanks for ruining/wasting my labor day. Sears used to mean something - They obviously are trying to turn into Toys "R" Us as fast as they possibly can. Good luck going under Sears. Way to ruin a century of greatness..."
"They were more expensive then amazon but had an early delivery day, so pay the higher price needless to say the part had not arrived when I call to get an update the person on the phone could hardly understand me and I could hardly understand her. "DO NOT ORDER FROM TGESE PEOPLE!!! Ordered A inner glass piece for my dryer and seal for my washer. The email showed that a outer plastic lens was ordered. I called within the hour to cancel the lens, and was told they could not cancel after 30 mins. of ordering, but to call the customer care line and cancel. After speaking to 5 (phillipino) customer care people, I finally got someone I could somewhat understand. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation cancelling my order. Never received the email. Started calling this morning. Needless to say, I was on the phone for THREE hours, trying to cancel the entire order. I finally got someone I could half understand on the phone and was told "too late to cancel order", but I can email you a return label. I refused to hang up until I received the email. I am beyond angry. This has been one of the WORST ordering experiences I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!"
