"I have bought two dresses and a short jacket from Season Mall, I should have learned the first time. The first dress I sent my measurement's and the dress was way to big, they would not take it back because it was custom made for me. I ordered another dress recently and used their size. I ordered the dress 3 sizes larger than what I normally would wear and it was to small. They would not take it back because they said it was custom made for me. I ordered their size and gave no measurements. The color was not as they show. It was supposed to be an Ice blue and it came in as this dull teal color. The jacket was also bought using their size and it was so small I could not get it over my arms. I gave it to my size 0 niece. Unless you do not have anything up top and you order two to three sizes more than what you normally wear, you should shop elsewhere. "

"That company didn't ship my dress, and I recived this notification 4 days after date expected to recive my dress, (4 days before my party) and they had taken $299.63 of my credt card and only back $282.49 in it.
I paid $180 more for the new dress in store because was so difficult for short delays.

"Thank you Seasonmall.com for an amazing fashion online shopping formal dress store! I am very impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. I did custom measurements and the tailor pointed out that my measurements do not look correct and asked me to double check - which was good because I did measure incorrectly in the first instance. I also asked if additional material could be sent to me because I may want to add straps myself to the design and the customer service representative helped me liaise with all relevant departments (production, finance etc) and ensured I received what I wanted.
After these changes to my order and additional request, my dress still arrived within a couple of weeks of putting through the order. I am more than happy with the turn around time and the final product.
I have already recommended Seasonmall to a number of friends and will definitely continue to recommend to others!"

"Not a very good experience for me. I tried really hard to e-mail and have contact with someone on the color of my dress. It was very important because it was for my daughter's wedding. Bad communication. I was looking for a light tan color but ended up with a dirty tan color. Spent almost two hundred dollars and had to go buy another dress. I will be taking this one to the good will. Delivery was fast but that is about it."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE! Do not order from this company!!! Especially if you are from the United States! My dress came wet with mold on it and the lace on the dress was sewn terrible. I tried to return it and they wouldn't help me. I contacted the better business for help. I returned the dress and it cost me $47.75 to send it back. So I am waiting to see if they will refund my money. Terrible Company!!!"

"Being in the industry (30+ years with some of AU best designers)& dealing with China suppliers all day every day, I found Seasonmall very easy to do business with. They were prompt in answering emails & letting us know when & what was heppening with the order. Jessica @ Seasonmall was very good with interpreting our requirements. We received what we expected. Nothing more nothing less. If you are expecting a full on designer dress, with all the bling & trimmings, then don't buy on line. We expected to finish the dress with the trimmings & that is what we got. It takes a good 4 samples (usually),to get designs how you want them. China do a very good job at copying, but are no good at being original. Materials are good & very acceptable. The fit was exactly as I measured my daughter. Overall a very good experience.

"I just received my dress today and i have to say i am quite impressed. The fabric is good quality and it is fully lined and structured with padding and boning. Seasonmall was very cooperative with my requests since I needed the dress in a very short amount of time. I requested it to be delivered in 18 days, it was at my door by the 16th day! The beading is VERY nice, prettier than the picture. This is my first time ordering from Seasonmall, and I have to admit I was VERY nervous, but now I definitely recommend this company."
