"Somehow someone got my CC info and purchased almost $2,000 worth of concert tickets with nothing more than an email address and card info. There is no verification (well... there is email verification but it's not required before purchase). Luckily I got the alert as soon as the order was put through and was able to mark it as fraud but SeatGeek did nothing to answer my questions about the transaction so I could figure out where my information was compromised. I was basically told "you got a refund, stop complaining".

I recently purchased tickets to Bull v. Cavs basketball game using seatgeek. The 3rd party vendor was ClassicTickets-they charged my credit card. I agreed to pay $569, but there was an additional fee of $27.00 for taxes from ClassicTickets. Since I bought my tickets through Seatgeek, I called and told them my problem; they happily refunded me the difference of $27.
I also used them to buy tickets for a 76ers game. To my surprise, they gave a $20 food voucher at no additional cost for each ticket.
