"I ordered a Samsung t260HD monitor on Friday(9/5) and recieved it Monday(9/8). The order went smoothly, the only problem I had was that a piece of the base wasn't in the package and this was Samsungs fault. I would definately purchase from Securemart again."
"I ordered a linksys 24 port POE switch from securemart on March 31st. I sent an email on April 25th I sent them an email about returning the item but noone was in the office and they were closed. There return policy was 25days which the email was sent on the 25th day. Terry the office manager/salesman on the following monday 04/28/2008 stated that it was past the 25 days because they were closed. I was calling them to make sure it was cancelled and to find out shipping information to send the old item back and find out what the restocking fee was. Then I was advised that it was too late and I hate to eat the charge. And then after a series of emails received an email from Terry that I have saved referring to me as a JACKA$$!!!!! This guy actually was meaning to send the email to someone internally the email read should I RMA this JACKA$$ or should i deal with the chargeback and instead of hitting the forward button he hit reply and sent the email to us. This guy Terry is the worst person you can deal with on the internet. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! He is a scam artist and doesnt appreciate proper business practices and is only in business to make money not supply products or customer service! I was calling to return my item, buy another switch and also purchased a ton of other equipment needed for my office installation. He lost this valuable customer and I'm sure from this posting he will lose a lot more. We as consumers need to eliminate companies like these as they ruin the market. Please refrain from using them, you can find the same stuff anywhere else on the internet for the same prices.... BUT WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And a normal 30 day return policy and open on the weekends... I have contacted AMEX and they said that it will be no problem to receive a full refund. But this company has wasted my time so please tack my advice before you purchase anything from this company.. Feel free to email me at ****@**** and I will forward you these emails to show you the type of people that you would be dealing with... Also the BBB in california also has 3 complaints about the same type of thing and they were resolved so hopefully this guy is intelligent enough to do the same here."

"Terry (sp) is very rude with no concern for the customer which I gather is indicative of the entire companies philosophy. After speaking personally with me, with my bank, viewing pictures of the office complex where I am employed he accessed me of having it delivered to a hotel. I understand their discrimination against hotel dwellers, he made that quite clear the first time I spoke to them and I mentioned that my family and I were traveling after spending six months in Puerto Rico and they would not accept my credit card (from Florida) because it had a foreign billing address. Then after I call my bank, have them change my billing address he tells me he can't ship it because the billing address had been changed that day….What the %$@%... He tells me to change it then says he cant ship it to me because I changed it...Then has the gall to say that I am getting rude...I wonder why?? I have over $10,000.00 in receipts processed since December while traveling all over the country including Puerto Rico from a number of internet companies and these people tell me that I am the reason they can't process my card.? Get a clue securemart. An entire day wasted by these losers. I feel like I was watching Discovery Channel all day as they studied the lost tribe of Incompetence! They are either incompetent or prejuduced against Hotel occupiers or Puerto Ricans. I'll leave it up to you to decide."

I ordered the products (a Canon A520 and a 1GB ATP secure digital card for the camera) on December 28th, and the memory card arrived on December 29th and the camera arrived on December 30th. I chose $7 GROUND SHIPPING and this order came faster than 2nd Day Air. One package was shipped UPS and the other package was shipped FedEx. I didnt mind that they were shipped separately because they both came so fast. (for those interested, the UPS one came a day earlier...).
The packaging was sufficient and the product was not damaged in any way.
