"Checked the site - placed my order for Geovision and received the order within a week"
"I ordered AV8365DN-HB camera with accessories on-line on Feb 13, 2012 and paid for the order with credit card. Card was charged in full the next day. Same day I received a note from seller that my order could not be processed due to bill to and ship to addresses mismatch. Even though the charge was posted on my credit card account, seller claimed that due to address mismatch he could not collect the payment. Several e-mails to seller were not answered. All attempts to reach seller' phone number hit voice mail. No one cared to return calls. After a whole week of attempts to get in-touch with seller there was a reply from him with the same fairy tail on a trouble to collect the payment due to address mismatch (remember, charge went through on Feb 14) and proposal to make a payment with PayPal. That would have been second payment that seller wanted to get for the same order.
I rejected that "kind offer" to pay double and requested to cancel the order and refund credit card payment. Customer service rep still pretended that they got no payment even after screen shot from credit card account was sent to him as a proof. When seller realized that his game did not work and he had no way to keep payment or get another one, he gave up and credited the charge back.
I would not recommend anyone dealing with Securitybestbuy.com.
First thing to check if a seller communicates with the customers before placing an order - call customer service number to see if there is a live person exists there.
Securitybestbuy.com is definitely not one of those companies that have customer service willing to communicate.
