I used PayPal to pay with but only got a receipt from PayPal not from Securranry so have no idea of what my coverage is or the policy or login very frustrating when trying to show the school that I purchased insurance. Your tech team needs to work on a solution so that those who pay by PayPal receive something more than a survey. "

"I found Securranty while searching for a company that could provide an Ebay Refurb Smartphone Accidental Damage as well as an Extended Warranty, that would cover manufacturers defects and phone break downs. Securranty had what I was searching for and I thought my prayers had been answered. They basically offer both coverages and combine them into a single policy.
After reading as much of the fine print as I could stand, I still had a couple of questions, so I wanted to find the support center's phone number and give them a call. I finally found the Contact Us link at the bottom of a really l o n g page with idiots that had basically posted the SAME question over and over and over,,,,,,you understand! As I was getting to the contact us link, I saw a heading that said, Samsung phone coverage! It was to tempting to ignore so I clicked the link and was taken to the Samsung Phone Page where I read that due to Samsungs ability to provide parts at a more reasonable price point, that Securranty could offer a lower cost of coverage for the S20, S21, S22 and S23 Series. WOW, I have found nirvana! So I entered the information that was asked to provide. Even the pull-down had my exact phone as a choice, Samsung Galaxy S20 5G 6.2 " screen, 128 gb storage memory and 12 gb System Memory. When I opened the pull down window and it asked for the phone's condition and it had as one of its answer's, Open Box, I knew that this was the right company for my business! And WOW, a 2 year, full coverage plan that covered everything for just one full payment of $119.00!!!!! I quickly purchased the coverage and prepared for the mass onslaught of email. I followed their instructions to the letter and updated all the info about my phone and finished info updates in my Profile. There was also this Excel workbook that had the same missing info that was missing on their website. Well I put the info into the workbook and saved as the name that they told us to save it as and to put it on the desktop! The instructions then provided a link that it could be uploaded to their support site. The only problem was the did not work because they changed the location of the upload site but never got around to updating their doc. I opened a support ticket saying the link was wrong and needed to be updated. Well after all the crap that I had to go through, I believe that my third attempt of trying to buy coverage, is paying off. After providing an mp4 video under 100MB, of me going through my screens, my phone was finally accepted for coverage. This process is full of hoops to jump thru, so be prepared for everything! As for customer service, it could be better and most of that improvement could be gained thru teaching their support techs how to LISTEN to the customer. STOP cutting off the customer while they are trying to explain the issue they are having with their phone or the Securranty website. STOP TALKING AND START LISTENING! The person that contributed their money so you could have a paycheck on the 1st and 15th this month, is trying to get your assistance to help them with a problem they are experiencing. Be polite, and remember, your talking to your paycheck!"
