"I was using my mobile device to attach the proof of purchase to one of my insured devices but was having trouble. In retrospect, it was all caused by my own misinterpretation of the user interface.
So, I called the support people at Securantty.
Instant response! I did not even wait 3 seconds. Roselyn Omaka answered. I told her what I was doing and how.
She calmly helped me complete the attachment online and gave me a brief tutorial of the user interfaces. Not only was this experience a lesson in superior service but also in courtesy and cheerfulness. Roselyn's support abilities are truly exemplary. Thank you Roselyn!!!

"Horrible service! If I could give it zero stars I would! They were sending us "refurbished" phones that really did not work and we were having to turn around and send them back to have another phone sent to us. They told us they would not charge deductibles because of all the issues our company was having to go thru to get a working phone. We received our credit card bill with the "waived" deductibles charged to the account. We sent back 2 phones in a box which they acknowledged over the phone they received 2, but now are saying they only received 1 phone. We chose them because they offered $0 deductibles but then that changed and we started having deductibles. We tried working with them but we are going on a month with still unresolved issues and sometimes they just don't want to respond at all. Roselyn is awesome and helped as much as she could but the company is just horrible and shady."
