"They are easy to work with. I especially love the flexibility of repair/replacement options that I've experienced with previous policies. Typically, I repair at a local shop and get a reimbursement. I have also purchased a new device when it could not be repaired at a local retailer and received a reimbursement. This way I don't have to wait for a unit in the mail and wonder if I'll be getting a refurbished unit, etc. My only complaint is that there is no longer any coverage for lost or stolen devices. However, still a great product and easy to work with. "

"On the phone with customer service I was informed to check Google for coupon specials when inquiring about any promotional offers. I should have been told " no" instead. Reason is because when I tried, it took me right back to the Securanity web site which indicated a big difference in price; $49 instead of $69. However, after several attempts in clicking on the $49 offer, it would automatically switch bCk to the $69 offer. Is this a scam just to get you to the Securanity web site??? Not sure. On another note. I was also informed once I established an account, I was told I could go back into and add additional devices to my account. I tried this and it would not Allow me to do it because there was no place on the web site to creat an account. I had to click on the " loss password" icon in order to even get a password. Once I was able to establish an account, I was unable to add any additional devices. I imagine I will have to start the whole process over Agnatha in order to add devices, hoping that it will link to my existing account."
