Decent.

"Roller shade showed up perfect sized. Great looking quality. Went up perfectly. Instruction were easy to follow. Unfortunately within a week the glue holding the helm bar in that has the elastic tie offs on it fell off. Still blocks the sun just fine but majorly disappointing. "

No benefit for loyalty

"Why do only "new customers" get promo deals? I should get a discount for being a repeat customer. I entered a promo code and it was denied because I already had an account. Shouldn't I be rewarded for returning?"

"I purchased dual shade zebra style from Select Blinds 3.5 years ago. I am extremely happy with the product. I remember that I had an issue with a cord being wrong length and interaction with customer service was very positive. They resolved the problem quickly. That's why I am returning to select blinds for another set of blinds. Hope it won't disappoint. The ordering system on their website is supper friendly and have all needed information to make right decision."

Horribly designed product. Terrible customer service

"After correctly measuring my windows, the shades I received were too narrow to cover the window. Customer service asked me to send photos, then more photos a week later. And then..more photos after that. It was clear from the first photos, that the shades measures 30" in the covering not the 32" that I ordered. They proceeded to tell me how in production there suppose to be a reduction in size. They were unable to resolve the issue even with photos. I eventually just reported the claim to my Credit Card company to refund the money. "

I Love them!

"I wasn't sure if the blackout shade was going to work in my bedroom because of how light it gets, but not only are they super effective at keeping out the light, but they are very stylish and easy to install.

It also feels like I receive discount promotions tailored to my needs.
