The sun is super intense on the front of my house and when the same shade cane unglued, the company quickly honored the warranty and manufactured and shipped a replacement. It’s a bit of a problem that the glue fails under intense sun but love that the company takes responsibility."
"Based on measurement instructions from Select Blinds provided verbally over the phone and via a drawing by text message, then confirmed by the phone representative, the blind I ordered did not fit - the unit was 1/8” too long.
Instead of dealing with back and forth shipping, the blind unit was disassembled, housing ends cut to fit and reassembled.
I noticed the housing was not cut squarely, which confirmed why part of the assembly appeared at first attempt to fit only to realize the unit was too long in general.
The unit fits perfectly now and functions normally.
