"First of all, we ordered the blind and paid for 2 day shipping. I was informed when it completed production and a label was created. But it took 2 weeks before it finally shipped.

We have always had great quality from Select Blinds but this time was not. We installed the header and the roller shade immediately fell to the floor. The roller unit won’t stay connected to the end pin. We filed a claim. It has been ignored. We really need the shade so my husband went to work on making a fix so the shade stays in. However, no matter what, when we begin to lower the blind, it gets to a point where the motor can’t hand the weight of the shade that is lowered and the entire length of the shade falls to the floor. Evidently the motor doesn’t work on the heavier sun shade!! I still need a shade and I am out $349. I cannot get the company to rest to my warranty claim. Do not buy. "
