"We spent about $10,000.00 to put blinds on our windows in our entire home. These blinds are junk. Don’t waste your money. You must use two hands in very specific spots to pull any of them down. (We bought all cordless) it’s still difficult to get them to stay down. We also bought 18 of the premiere modern natural wood blinds with privacy backing. Those were the most expensive of our purchase. They look absolutely hideous from the outside because of the poor design tactics. And again……. Must use two hands to pull any down (cheap Home Depot blinds you only need ONE hand and it doesn’t need to be centered). The expensive premiere modern natural wood blinds with privacy backing also don’t have end caps, so they look hideous since the ends are unfinished (WHAT??? Who designed these blinds????) oh and guess what? Not all the blinds will stay down. Again…. Who designed this junk? Fix your designs and lower your prices. I should have just walked into Home Depot to get ours. Super disappointed in our blinds. The quality is absolutely terrible. "
