"I bought 6 motorized blinds, they don't pair with the remote and I can use them because they don't close without pairing. I spent several days and hours waiting on the phone and trying to resolve by chat but they keep asking the same questions over and over agsin and no ond resolves the issue. Terrible experience. "
"Very difficult to understand the between the different lines. Also very hard to determine the pricing for each line unless you completed each set-up. Certain customization only available if you selected the correct combination. The modification would significantly change the pricing. The video describing the cordless version which for safety reason is desirable, but video showcasing the premium upgrade needs to be watch comparing the video for the standard. If you watch closely the only difference is in the pause. I ended up going with cord because I was uncertain if I would ever be able to have the shades either up or down and not in between. The cord is also not aesthetically desirable, but in order to go premium the needed customization was not evident. I was also hoping to add decorative tapes, but was to exhausted to try to figure out where and how to add these without doubling the price of my order. The measurement videos are also helpful until they aren't. It is like measuring a cup of flour, anyone can do it, but depending on how you do it not all cups of flour are the same. The guidelines for inside mount and outside mount try to simplify until you then reference a table for all the deductions the factory will do based on different product lines which you need to either disregard because the first tenant is don't modify your measurements except when this...."

"I received a motorized shade a full 1.5" shorter than ordered. I submitted a return request and warranty claim and both were denied because the shade was motorized and in the fine print, they state the actual shade is a going to be shorter than what you measure for. Ridiculous. No indication that the sale is final with certain selections, and no opportunity to have it corrected. Now I'm out $250 for an unusable shade. Terrible and will never ever use this company again. "
