"I shopped here because a valance could be added without breaking the bank (roughly half or even 2/3 the cost of the closest competitors I researched) including the discounted sale price. My only gripes are that I couldn't tell if there is a bottom bar or not, and the price between the widest size and those less than 24" smaller could really add up. Because of that I shrank the size of my master bedroom shade (also, the width maxed out a little more than 2" short of my window).
