misleading

"The banner on your web page states the promotion is site-wide. There is no explanation saying it only applies to some lines of blinds. This is misleading and dishonest--almost a bait and switch. Im disappointed in your tactics."

Would NOT recommend.

"Poor quality. Read the fine print. They are telling you no refunds and they mean it. The sizing was off, but I didn’t want them remade as the fabric was finished poorly. I had ordered black for an office and the backing is white, with white hardware. Looks weird. "

"The hold time, and wait times, were my biggest complaint. On hold for 30 minutes with no answer and a chat agent unable to assist me was frustrating. Other than that, the experience is ok. Waiting on the products to come."
