"Ordered bed to have delivered to Minnesota on a specific date because we had no bed when we got there. Bed did not come and after 3 days working with the 3rd party shipper and Selectabed, it finally arrived. To be fair, both parties did compensated a little but I would have rather had everything work as expected so we had the bed to sleep on the first night.

"We've had our selectabed for over two years now, and have been very satisfied with the purchase. The motor is extremely quiet, and very seldom needs any adjusting. We had a sleep number mattress for a number of years, but were having back/hip problems. We replaced it with the selectabed as this mattress provides an extra lumbar zone that the sleep number did not. When we purchased it they were in the middle of changing moving manufacturing space, and machines were "down". Because of delay they comped us pillows and a sheet set! Very nice! "

We had lots of questions and they went out of their way to answer them and recommend just the right bed for us. "I am always skeptical of online sales, but the company did a great job. They delayed the actual delivery when they saw that construction in our house had been delayed and explained that we were better off completing the work before assembling the bed. They rescheduled and did the installation - and they were absolutely correct.

"Rick made sure to custom create my mattress according to the issues I described I was having with my back pain and my current mattress. We have had the mattress for over two years and have not dealt with any dips or sagging in the foam. After 5 year of struggling with back pain and my mattress I am now more comfortable in my own bed than at the fancy 5 star hotel we stayed at in TN last fall. We are very happy with the high quality foam and the great lengths that Rick went through to make sure we had the right fit. "We have had our 11' Copia Temp Flow King mattress almost 4 months. The mattress was delivered on time and we purchased the white glove delivery which was well worth the extra charge.
Prior to our purchase, I spent weeks researching and trying out many mattress's. After a few discussions with Jim Sterling and Rick at Relief Mart, we decided that the Copia would be best for us. My wife likes a fairly firm mattress and I need about the same for my back. After playing golf and doing yard work I get plenty of back ache in addition to a back surgery. After sleeping on the Copia, I wake up pretty much pain free so I feel I do not have to take pain pills.
In fact, my entire quality of life has improved since we got this new mattress. I am doing much more work and activities that I would not have done before.
After taking delivery, we noticed a very slight odor which went away in a few days and was not offensive at all. One on the big differences we noticed with this mattress is that is does not sleep hot like our old memory foam mattress did. The Temp Flow technology as advertised really works.
I really look forward going to bed at night and just laying on my mattress in the morning before getting up. We really miss it when away from home.
I will say to get the full benefit of the mattress you really need a good memory foam pillow that keeps your neck and head in alignment with your spine so you neck is not kinked up or down.
I highly recommend the Temp Flow mattress. It is worth every cent and you will have almost a lifetime of great sleeping.
