"I ordered cable, online, and received confirmation email and my card was charged (via PayPal). I then received notice from PayPal that my order was refunded. When I called, the guy I spoke to sounded like he had marbles in his mouth. After telling him my order number twice, he told me that the last one was sold prior to my order. I mentioned to him that the product was still listed on the web-site. His reply? "That's fine". I asked him how that is "fine" when he doesn't have anymore. He replied "don't worry about it". Sounds like this place is run/owed by people who don't care at all about the customer. What happened to the customer is always right and being courteous to the customer? At this point I would get any product from them even if they gave it to me for free!"
"I placed an order for a few Leviton quickport items, and received a web confirmation and invoice number. Almost three weeks have passed, and still nothing has arrived. They ignore all requests to check the status of this order."
