""Our agent was great! He provided information throughout the process of selling, so we I was informed. The closing was smooth, perhaps as a Canadian owner and with Aruba Divi Phoenix it takes longer than the 120 days, so if you are hoping to get your money fast you might be disappointed, still waiting and it was sold on December 29th, 2018 and all documentation went through the Embassy on April 2nd, 2018. But I would still recommend Sellmytimesharenow to friends and family because they are there to answer to your questions and very helpful. ""
"I signed up with SMTN to sell a Wyndham Worldmark week. The promises of the site were substantial. Unfortunately they went unfulfilled. I raise my concerns with the company. After some back and forth, they made me an offer to resolve the issues I had raised. I am fully satisfied with that resolution."
"We provided some challenges over the past year on a few occasions and our agent was able to satisfy all of our requirements"
"Our agent was great. She and SMTM.com helped me buy a wonderful timeshare at a fair price for my family. Our agent was friendly and informative. She answered all of my many questions prior and post to the sale. She made calls to several owners to get a competitive price for me during the buying/selling process. I recommended our agent to others and they also made a timeshare purchase."
"They take your money upfront promising to sell your timeshare quickly. Then you're out $1,800. When you complaint on line, they contact you and tell you that they don't sell, only advertise. They will pressure as soon as you go into their website, so you don't have time to research them. Once they get your money, that's it. They will never sell anything."
"Don't give this company any more money!!!!! After the sweet talking salesman tells you how great they are, after pay them $2000 plus you'll never hear from them again. I listed our timeshare back in Jan 2016 and haven't received one offer, sorry not true. I was offer to sell it for $10 and pay more fees and today another offer that would get me out of the timeshare, but cost me thousands more. When you email to ask for help or suggestions in selling it faster, they just keep telling you to lower the price, which I have to no avail. Timeshares are very tough to sell, but save your effort and money and don’t use Sell My Timeshare. "
"I have 2 time shares from Silverleaf that I have been trying to get rid of. I signed up with sellmytimesharesnow.com. To list both my properties cost $1,996.00. After 6 or 7 months of no activity I receive an e-mail from them stating they have an "organization" as a client that is willing to take my properties off my hands.
Here is the catch. This "organization" will take the properties for free, as in I give them away to them plus I have to pay sellmytimesharesnow.com $3,500.00 per property for closing fees, taxes etc. The salesman John Madrid, did state he would receive a modest commission of $50.00 as his payment. I was told that if I don't pay the $7,000.00 and take this offer now, I would probably never successfully sell my time shares even though I paid SellMyTimeshareNow.com $1,996.00 to market the 2 properties for me.
In review; I paid around 15K to 20K to buy two properties from Silverleaf resorts. I decide after having them for a decade but rarely using them that I want to sell them. Everything I was told by the seller at Silverleaf resorts about how time shares are an investment and easy to sell was a complete lie. In order to advertise selling my time shares cost an additional $1,996.00. Now the group that I paid $2,000.00 advertise and find buyers for me is saying if I pay them an additional $7,000.00 they will take them off my hands. If I do not pay them the money, I will eventually pay that amount and more in taxes and monthly maintenance fees.
I would love to be able to find out if sellmytimesharesnow.com and the mystery “organization” are owned by the same group after one digs through the maze of dummy corporations.

"The company is corrupt. They lie to get your money and then you don't hear from them again. I should have done my research. I am not sure how this business is still in business after all the complaints that I have read and continue to read. They have not helped me one bit and I can't reach the sales man Ed that was so easy to reach in the beginning before he got my money. I haven't even had anyone inquire about my property since I listed it months ago. RUN dont make the same mistake I did!"
"I was approached by several companies that reported to sell timeshares. All stated that they were the best in the industry and all wanted an up front, non-refundable fee. I have sold homes and property in the past on a commission bases and could not understand why a timeshare should be any different. The only company that would talk to me regarding a commission-based sale was SellMyTimeshareNow.
We agreed on a commission fee and put the contract in place. SellMyTimeshareNow did all the work after that. They posted my ad and fielded the calls. There were several people interested, some made offers below my asking price, which I would not accept. SellMyTimeshareNow did not pressure me to accept these lower offers and work with me until I got my asking price.
The interactions with SellMyTimeshareNow were conducted in a very professional manner. They answered all my questions. The documentation was complete and easy to understand. They accurately advised me as to the estimated length of time for each step in the process and kept me informed.
I would strongly advise anyone interested in selling a timeshare to contract with SellMyTimeshareNow.

"was not fully informed of marriott right of first refusal
In the end you guys took home almost what i did"
"Horrible company. Do not do business with them. According to the man who called me in May of 2014, I contacted them and he was returning my call. I told him that I didn't remember contacting them and he said that I contacted them in 2013! That's over a year ago! They initially asked for an upfront fee of $1198 and then supposedly offered me a better deal when I rejected the initial offer. They asked for $299 upfront and the rest at close. I told him that I would think about it.
They then called me again and I told him no to his offer because I did not feel comfortable paying an upfront fee. He then proceeded to denigrate and insult me. He said "do you expect me to work for free?" I never asked him to work for free, I just told him that I didn't accept the deal.
Then he proceeded to tell me that I should go sell some furniture like the 80 year old he just did business with in order to get the $299 to pay him! This was worse than a collection agency! I told him that I didn't like his tone and he told me "Well, I've done over a million dollars in business and you're the one stuck with at timeshare!"
This man was rude, unprofessional, and insulting. Is that how they get clients? If you say "no" to other sellers, they politely thank you and hang up. Not this company! Do not do business with them!"
