They told me they only sell "new" items, not sure how the item is new with hairs on the band and scratches. Circular scratches to be more exact, which is pretty hard to be caused by shipping since it was shipped in OEM box. They offered to replace the lens but its been 18 days since I've purchased the item. How much did I save? About 5-10 bucks. Not worth it if you ask me. Probably not buy from them again nor recommend any of my friends. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I'll file a claim for false advertisement.
