"Very deceptive. Advertised as new bluetooth headset motorola HS810, delivered used, in a cheap plastic bag, without the charger. Customer service is very sabotaging, after exchanging about 9 emails. promised refund, but the buyer should pay the return shipping. duh."
"Bought this phone from seller in April, end of June it quit working. I sent phone to Motorola for repair. Motorola would not repair it because it was not suppose to have been sold in US. Sellularphones response was to send it to Motorola for repair which I had already done. BEWARE OF SELLULAROPHONES, they are not reputable company."
"This retailer is the most incompetent, least interested in customer service retailers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I will post some of our email exchanges to give you an idea of what to expect from them.
May 22 (after recieving the incorrect product for the 3rd time, my 13th email relating to this matter)
*******
Today I received a replacement phone from you. Let me run down the chronology here for you before I go any further.
-april 10, paid for phone.
-april 14, received phone. Phone does not power on. Returned phone at my expense.
-may 3, received replacement phone. I was sent the incorrect model (a US dual band phone, not the European triband advertised in the auction) Returned phone at my expense.
may 22, received second replacement phone. Once again I have been sent the US dual band model. This time a note was included stating 'phone has been flashed to triband'. This is completely unacceptable and not in any way what I paid for.
1: the flash to enable 900mhz is not reliable. Not only was 900mhz support disabled in software, on many US mpx200s it was disabled in hardware as well.
2: the auction I purchased from clearly states "This is the (European) Tri-Band World Version with 900/1800/1900 MHZ" If I wanted a US band mpx200 flashed to (possibly) enable triband I could have bought one for much less than I paid you and flashed it myself. However, I chose to buy the real triband world version of this phone at a premium price from you to avoid any uncertainty and to avoid having a big ugly 'at&t wireless' on my phone. This was my mistake and not one I will ever repeat.
You have had 3 chances to send me the product I paid for and have failed each time. At this point I have zero faith in your willingness to stand behind your auction and ship me the product I paid for. I will be returning the phone under the last RMA# I have and I expect a full refund. Failing that I will seek satisfaction through paypal and if needs be through american express.

I then recieved a email from what seemed to be someone in a supervisory capacity, 'Rosali' proceded to tell me that I knew nothing of phones and she 'couldnt understand' why I thought there was any problem here. After 3 days she commited via email to refund my money and part of the shipping costs for returning the 3 incorrect phones to them. 7 days and 5 emails later I have yet to be refunded. "
