"I purchased this safe and purchased the lifetime warranty. I have been emailing Sentry over a period of several months trying to obtain information for a repair. The vinyl (plastic) coating has been peeling from the inside the safe. I do not want anything except information as to what type paint I should use to repaint the inside to prevent further rust. This was not from wear the coating just started blistering and peeling. There are bare spots totaling about 1.5 square feet. This company sells their product and ignores their customers. I should never have bought the warranty as its aparently as worthless as customer service. This would only involve time to someone to respond. I just bought another "very large safe" and it certainly wasn't Sentry Safe. UPDATE: 1/14/2009 Sentry replaced the safe by having a new safe delivered to my home. The new safe has plastic lined walls and are not painted on."
