"Despite finding no reviews here, I ordered several nightgowns from Serenecomfort.com for my Mom because they have a great selection of hard to find items at a reasonable price. I had difficulty applying an online coupon but with one email to Customer Service it was quickly resolved. Shipping was fast and the items were even nicer than I expected, but sadly I had to return them as Mom passed away before she got a chance to wear any of them.

The merchandise credit was applied within their stated time frame. I was surprised to find that Serene Comfort had credited me in full; their policy allows for a deduction of their shipping charges and I wouldn't have blamed them for taking one.

There weren't any reviews here when I decided to order. Based on the excellent service I received, I wanted to let folks know of my good experience and high regard for this business. "
