"Ordered 3 large format puzzles by Buffalo Games fromSerious Puzzles. When they arrived noticed how small the boxes were. Upon opening one of the boxes noticed these were not large format but the regular size. Names of the puzzles are Delivery of Sunshine, GOOD VIBES and Quilt Farm.
These were purchased for a 93 year old with seeing problems. Needless to say she cannot use. If you return puzzles you are required to pay shipping in order to get a credit for unopened boxes. You have to open one of the boxes to find out not large format. Just beware of Buffalo Games large format not what it says."
"I am retired and always working on a puzzle. When I completed this puzzle a piece was missing. I emailed and told them I have no pets or children. I puzzle on a table where I could not drop one without noticing. I emailed this company and told them this, but got a form answer that talked about pets and all the ways I could have lost a piece. I DID NOT LOSE IT! This is the first time I have ever had a piece missing in a brand new puzzle, and I admit it is strange, but it happened. They told me to contact the manufacturer, which of course has done no good at all. While I understand Serious Puzzle did not manufacture the puzzle, most companies would at least offer an apology or acknowledge the problem. Most would offer some kind of discount on a future order as good customer service. This company did none of that. They did not even pay attention to my email. I will not buy from them again."
