I placed the order on Saturday, 13 August & received order confirmation on Mon, 15 Aug (as expected) and was told to expect shipping confirmation in two to four days. It’s now been 5 days and so far nothing heard. Imbedded in the initial email is a link to check latest updates as desired, but it hasn’t changed since the order confirmation last Monday. Second, it claims my VIN# (JTEKU5JR5N6034572) doesn’t exist and to recheck and provide the correct number. That’s a bit comical given the VIN# I provided IS the correct VIN. I can provide pictures of my 2022 4Runner’s VIN if desired. "
