"This was my first order with Servapure.com. I ordered 4 - 1gal containers of Pro-Res cleaner. I received a box with only 3 gal. It would be difficult to pack a box with only 3 gal in it by mistake. When I opened the box and saw that there were only 3, I immediately called the company. To their credit, they said they would ship out another bottle. Since that was only 24 hours ago, I have not received the bottle. Assuming that I do receive it next week, I would rate my experience as satisfied. I still have to wonder how someone could have miscounted 4 bottles - these are not small objects.
