On the Next day, 12:36pm, I received an email " Sorry, we don't have a firm ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). We will contact you if the item comes in stock." I Replied with "Cancel please". I then ordered from an Ebay store and received the item by Express Mail. If your server has a bad hard drive and you are in a hurry, don't bother with this company, go somewhere else. I think they should have told me up front that they were just a facade shipping from a distributor. I'm very disappointed in them."

"I needed these for a NAS system and had bought the same drives from Newegg for about $100 cheaper. You don't want all the HDDs to come from the same production batch. That's why I purchased from 2 different stores.
The Newegg drives had a production date of Nov 2017 and the Server Supply drives were from 2019 so maybe that's the reason for the price difference.
Either way my experience with Server Supply has been a good one.
Shipping time was adequate and the drives could have been packed better and of course a little more expensive then Newegg but the drives are newer(and are branded Western Digital instead of HGST) and they work so far therefore four stars is my rating."
