"It's been nine days since my order - they have not contacted me about my item shipping, even though I paid for three day service. After emailing them, Laila responded and said she would give me an update within 24 hours, but failed to do so. Not impressed."

"They were very helpful. Due to a mishap on my part, I created an incorrect shipping address for my order. I called them when I realized my mistake and immediately spoke to someone. They quickly made a note to have the shipping address changed to the correct one. I was so grateful. This was past 4 on Friday, and I was working a double so had no time for nonsense. Everything went off without a hitch and they sent me a tracking # when it shipped. My hard drive arrived just a few days later. Would shop with them again!"
