"Only 2 of the 3 disk drives I ordered arrived. The packing slip indicated the correct number of drives ordered but the package did not contain all the drives. I called customer support 6 days ago and they said they would call back but never did. I e-mailed "****@****" but they did not respond.

Update: I was able to speak with someone today , turned out to be the owner of the company, and they are shipping the missing disk drive."
