"So far, not so great. The product I ordered seemed like a good deal, but they were out of stock and did not respond to my query about when there will be more in stock ... so far, I'm not very impressed. Why advertise something you can't get? I need these memory chips soon, or I may need to cancel my order. It's been a significant waste of time for my lab."

They shipped me out defective memory - no return
"After they shipped out memory with one bad stick, instead of sending out a replacement I had to order a replacement instead of them sending one out. When they received the one I returned they said it wasn't theirs and would not issue a refund. I guess that is one way to turn a profit but customer service is actually more important than the product. I can get the product many places but if they do not back their product and refund on defective they have lost my business."
