"Paid for next day delivery, arrived a week later. Customer service is terrible, they are either totally incompetent or downright liars. On my first call after the missed del date they promised to get it there the next day which was a Saturday. Didn't arrive. Rang Monday and they promised to credit me £20 for the inconvenience. Just got my credit card statement, no credit but an additional transaction for £10. I can only assume this was for the failed Saturday del. This was never mentioned, certainly not agreed on the phone. I will now hand this over to my bank as this 2nd transaction is fraud. Advice is simple - just shop elsewhere"

They then blamed us for the problem and said that we proceeded with the purchase against their advice. By now the retention of recording of the telephone calls had lapsed. How convenient.
The aftersales service is absolutely shocking and is designed to make it as difficult as possible to speak to someone in authority.

"Placed a order for a few chassis and HBA cards I needed for a project. They did not like the shipping address I provided and held the order. A bunch of emails, faxed document, and many days later they just cancel my order and told me to order elsewhere. I do a great deal of business online and the level of unprofessionalism with this company is stunning. If your project is on the line I would look elsewhere."
"Good quality equipment, built and tested and definitely up to my standards. Lead time for the hardware was a little longer than I had hoped due to a project, but they did promise this was a one-off. I am definitely willing to give them another opportunity to really wow me.

Proper scam artists - no amount of asking to speak to someone in authority, quoting relevant passages of the trade descriptions act, consumer protection act, unfair contract terms act (all of which apply, and say quite clearly this practice is illegal) got me anywhere. Felt sorry for the customer services rep Asif (who actually conducted himself very well, even if the company he works for are crooks) having to listen to me. I'd give him a job - the company however will not be used again, and I will be sharing my negative experience with all my contacts."
