"Servepro was contacted on or around 1/4, I believe, regarding an insurance claim for water damage in my basement due to sewage overflow from a neighbor's house. They were contacted to restore/repair damage in basement including floor tile, washer and dryer, bathroom vanity, walls, etc.. The project manager, Stephen Poniatowski, quoted me around 10k ballpark to restore/repair items previously mentioned as well as mitigation, we spoke in person on 1/6, I believe, dates may be off. On 1/11, we spoke again over the phone, he then quoted me around 11k in total just for mitigation, no repairs included for items mentioned above.. It appears the company is attempting to utilize 100% of insurance cap, which is 10k, for themselves and leave me with nothing for repairs.. I believe from experience, Stephen knew insurance cap would be 10k, thus quoted me that amount in person, then turned around and quoted me 11k over the phone, not including my repairs.. As stated before, it appears the company is attempting to take 10k for themselves, leave me with a damaged basement.."
