"Ordered a pair of snowboard pants from them. They contacted me to let me know that the pair of pants were out of stock. The manager then went on to say that they did have another version of the pant available. I asked the manager if i could get it for the same price and he said it wouldn't be a problem. A few days later my order was canceled and no items were ever substituted. The inventory on the site is totally wrong. Contacts to the company have been ignored. I would stay clear from there online store site. Poor customer service!"
