"They only give you 30 days to make a return. I had purchased a Christmas gift for my mom and hadn't even had a chance to gift it to her and realize it was a duplicate before the return window closed. Called and they weren't helpful at all. Just out of luck."
"Stay away! They will send you a machine that's broken, ask you to send a bunch of videos and pictures of the machine not working, then have you send it back, take their time looking at it, provide no communication. When you ask for a refund they will tell you they "just got the machine" and need to look at it (even though they had it for a couple of days). When you ask again and inform them that you would have to contact your credit card company they hang up on you and when you try to call back they will not let you speak and call you an a**. Which will lead to you cussing them out and hanging up and ultimately calling your credit card company anyway. So save the time and energy and buy from a local dealer who actually cares about their customers."
"I order something on the 20th of November, a Sunday. By Monday my account had been charged. I called to track my package 10 days later. The order had not been shipped and the woman said to give them 7 to 10 days to ship. I called again on Dec. 6th. to track my package. It still had not been shipped. It is supposed to be called Sew_Vac_Direct....yeah right. They had to place the
order themselves, which was not done and probably would not have gotten done had I not called them.
Disappointed and I will not be doing business with them again.

"I bought a Juki serger back in October of last year. Have had nothing but problems with it. I registered it and sent in the warranty in case I had problems. Good thing I did! I spent over $100 trying to get it fixed. I have tried dealing with these people over Live Chat and on the phone. Their customer service is the worst......ever! I finally reported them the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. They finally relented but now are lying to the BBB! If you don't want the worst headache of your life, don't buy from these people!
I have now shipped it back to them twice. They have never fixed it and they are telling the BBB that is was not a warrantied repair......it was never fixed!!!!!!!"

"I paid extra for my order to ship USPS Priority Shipping because it delivers faster in my area. The company shipped my purchase UPS anyway. I called to see if someone could correct the problem before the carrier picked it up, and the customer service representative never apologized for their error, just argued with me. She told me that it would ship faster with UPS - but when I asked for an estimated delivery time she didn't know and couldn't provide any evidence to back up her claims. I insisted on having my order ship with the method that I paid for, so she told me they would probably have to cancel my order. After insisting that they didn't need to do that and that if they could just try intercept the package before pick-up, maybe they could fix their error, she finally agreed to look into it. It took all afternoon for her to get back to me, and she told me that my item had shipped USPS that day. This was also untrue. My package was not picked up until the following evening, which caused a delay with me receiving my item. In addition, I still did not receive an apology for the company's mistakes and negligence. I would caution any other buyer against using this company in the future. "

"I needed a janome accessory that sewvacdirect.com and only a few other sites had in stock. I needed it quickly as it would be a gift for a friend that'd only be in town for a week. I researched the prices & ship options for each site & looked like this site would ship the quickest with a 1st class mail option. I paid an extra $8 for 1st class only to receive an email stating it was shipped UPS!!!
Now when I called, they only refunded the shipping charge which would've been free anyways because the item was $100, but no other discounts! I wasn't expecting a huge discount but at least an extra $5 off the $100 I spent! (as I told them I could've bought it from shop.com for $5 less and had the same free shipping!) That would've gone a long way and covered some if the shipping charge I'll now have to pay to ship it to my friend. She said they won't ship anything over $50 through 1st class. Well that should be stated on their site!!! It was not. That was my first and last time I will ever shop there! "
"Poor customer service. They were more concerned with making a higher priced sale than having a happy customer. They gave me untrue information regarding a return and asked who told me about a lower priced identical used machine, as if they didn't want me to know. They talk really nicely but don't do anything to make the customer satisfied. I won't be shopping there again."
"This people advertise an instruction manual for a sewing machine that shows a picture different to the cover of the manual that comes with the sewing machine,which is not that good,that's the reason we ordered one. When we got the manual it turned out to be the same that comes with the machine. We cálled this company to point this out and to specified that we aldready had the same one and to obtain an authorization to return it;they refused and said that it was not returnable because it was a special order(nowhere in the website says so!) they were rude and hanged up on us.Thank God our credit card, after giving all the written information, approved our refund;this people never did.Who wants to do business with them?
