I had made an error in not doing my research on a sewing machine purchase...yes that is my bad...and after making the purchase I found several other sources for the same machine for considerably less $ and I tried to get Sewing Machines Plus to provide me some sort of credit...even a $10 concession would have made me happy....though they threatened me with sur charges and fees to the point where it would cost me even more...I am in sales and I never treat my customers the way they did me...please do your research...do not place an order with this company unless you have made completely certain you have the right machine and the best price...because this company will not help you after you place your order....and the gift arrived in a box that was not even covered...my wife when leaving for work saw the delivery on the porch that the courier just dropped off...so the surprise is also ruined....what a crappy experience!!! "

"Got confirm of order & immediate credit card hit followed by product unavailability to ship for 3 weeks. My follow-up after 3 weeks got vague "supplier won't commit to ship". I insisted on firm date which I got for 10 days in future. Process took a month. "
