"I cannot say I am happy with this purchase overall. First of all was the product delay. I placed my order on July 31, and it was not shipped until September 25. Now had I been told ahead of time there was a processing time, delayed shipping or some type of notice it would not have been a problem. I even went back to the website to see if they mentioned it there, nothing. Also about 3 weeks after placing my order I emailed the company since i had not received any shipping notice. They never responded. I had pretty much wrote the order off, then I got my shipment notification.
The product arrived as described and was nicely camouflaged. Unfortunately during installation of the rail covers the pattern scratched off very easily. Lucky for me it is a camo pattern so the scratched off areas don't stand out too bad. I guess you get what you pay for. "
"The website lists "ship by" dates that it completely ignores (by weeks), and if you should try to reach them via all forms of human communication short of perhaps a knock on the physical door, you'll be sadly disappointed. I tried 3 separate times via email on 3 separate days with half a week or greater between attempts with no response, I placed 3 phone calls to a "full voicemail box", and messaged on facebook with no luck whatsoever. Be prepared to wait in the dark, for way longer than expected, and to never hear a peep."
"This is hands down the WORST company in the world to deal with! Placed and order for rails 5-4-15, had to call in July to see if order was in the works and was told " it will be out Friday" which was over 3 weeks ago. I tried to call SEVERAL times, only to reach a FULL MAILBOX, and tried to write e-mails warning that I would cancel the order with my c/c company to no avail. I filed a dispute with my c/c company 7-15-15, and magically it gets shipped out on 7-17-15 and arrived today with NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY. Former military huh? Ever hear the term Buddy F*cker? Here is a clue guys, keep your customer informed! Do not ignore inquiries! If your dog died or you got nut-cancer.......tell people what is going on with their order. Seriously!"
"Ordered two different types of Elzetta Flashlight holders in Multicam. Decided one would not work properly. Called and spoke to Garrett, he said no problem in canceling the 2nd type of holder and that he would make sure I was credited and that it would show up in my account in several days. NEVER showed up. Called and e-mailed with no response. They sent me only one flashlight holder, yet still charged me for two. Called and called and called, e-mailed and e-mailed. NEVER got a response. I am making sure to pass this on to all my friends, family, and acquaintances in law enforcement to make sure they don't give them any more business and to spread the word to others. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Now known as Liquid Gunworks! "

After two weeks, I attempted to contact them since my order still hadn't shipped. Never heard back, finally got a shipping notification 5 weeks after ordering."

When I placed my order (5/23) the estimated ship date was 6/13 and it wasn't until I contacted them a week later did things start moving, I was told that the rail that I had ordered was out of stock but it seemed like they didn't try to order it until I started asking when my order was going to be placed which was after their estimated ship date. When my order did finally ship (7/3) and after I received my product I was impressed with the quality and looks of my order but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I probably won't order from them again. "I received my items in a timely manner. I appreciate the nice little decal sticker that came with them. I ordered items that were dipped in reaper camo. I can't say that I was highly impressed with the dipping job on the magpul rail cover grips. It appears as though these grips were initially OD green and FDE. The dipping job on the outside looked nice, but there was no dipping done on the inside. The end result is that you can see the OD green and the FDE colors when you're holding my rifle because a portion of the inside of the grips are still exposed. I wish that the grips were dipped all the way around. I also ordered a magpul AFG2 grip. I'm very happy with the dipping on the AFG2."
