"I was having issues with my Credit information not matching the billing information provided to Carrie and Chrissy. I was very frustrated didn't know why the order would not complete successfully. I spoke to Carrie first and she was very helpful and did all she could on her end. I called back and spoke to Chrissy and she too was great. Chrissy had to leave so call was then turned to Carrie. I just would like to express my gratitude to Carrie for her patience and incredible customer service! I can't even tell you how many attempts she made to get the order to complete. She was even patient and willing to hold on the phone while I got the credit card company on the phone so that we could have a three way conversation in attempt to resolve the problem at hand. I knew Carrie was staying over her normal working hours so I was just very appreciative that all along she was patient, calm, understanding and more importantly very, very nice on the phone. Finally, it was the credit card company who needed to adjust security issues and Carrie was then able to successfully process my order. I looked at the clock and realized Carrie had worked an hour over her regular working hours. I am very grateful for the help of these two ladies. Carrie was great. Thank you again for your patience, understanding and kindness on the phone it truly meant a lot to me!!"
