"This company is a joke, I ordered three pairs of sunglasses from this website, hoping to get them before I went on my first vacation 2 months ago. They didn't sent them because one of three pairs were on back order, and they failed to notify me of that. they claimed they sent me the other two the next day, which I did not receive in time, and also never sent the third pair. The first pair I got broke, and Its been 3 months and I still don't have the third pair. I contacted them and asked them to overnight them to me so I may have them for my next vacation, and without answering me they refunded my purchase (for the one pair) rather than sending me the pair I wanted!. Their customer service has been rude and unhelpful and I would never do business with them again. "

I figured this was just a random happening and decided to give shadesdaddy another chance. I went online and ordered a pair of sunglasses for Father's day. They gave me an order confirmation and I moved on. 2 days later after they had taken the money out of my account, I get an email that the sunglasses I ordered were not in stock. It took 4 more days for me to get my money back. Unfortunately, by the time I received my money back, it was after fathers day and I needed the money to obtain another Father's day gift. SO needless to say, my husband received a late father's day gift. Shadesdaddy is terrible and I would advise anyone looking to buy something from them, to go somewhere else. "

"I ordered on the website of shadesdaddy sunglasses polo model 3033 which I looked for a long time. I transferred money through PayPal and then I received confirmation of my order. After two day I received a letter from them with apologies that they do not have them in stock. I received my money back next day. So... Web site administered very badly. I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and still havent receive my products. I live in miami and the main office is down here anf i doubt it would take almost over a month to process it. I was expecting my shades with in 7 to 10 bussiness days, but i guess i was wrong.
The most ironic part is that i called for the past week to get an update on my order and they would pick the line and then hang up or leave you on hold forever.

"Love my glasses. The style I wanted was discontinued so it was really hard to find and ShadesDaddy had a great price for what was probably the very last pair. I'm very happy with it. However, prior to order I left a vm and never got a call back. Once I put my order through I wrote a note specifically asking about measurements that weren't listed on the website. I have a small face so I had to make sure it's the size I know fits. I asked that my payment not be put through until I receive a confirmation about measurements, and to please let me know otherwise. I never received a callback. The payment was put through. They were not the same measurements as I had, but because they are smaller, it fits fine. If it was bigger it would not have fit and I would not have been pleased. I would have appreciated a courtesy call at the very least.
So I'm super satisfied with my glasses themselves and they arrived so fast to Canada, but a little fuzzy on the customer service/response to inquiries. "
