They seem to be made of the same material and fit fine, but the inscription on the inside is completely different (obviously not genuine). It works, and I doubt most would be able to tell the difference, but way overpriced for a not-genuine product."

"My brother has the black pair of the Folding RayBan Wayfarers. He calls them his "SpongeBob Jellyfishing Glasses". The middle folding hinge piece had snapped in half. So instead of buying another pair, my mother and I went on a hunt for another piece to fix the glasses. So we came upon shadesdaddy.com and finally found the piece for a reasonable price. They sent two hinges, that were different sizes. I am happy they did, because we were not sure what size the lenses were on the glasses nor the size of the hinge. The package came earlier than expected, along with the right sized hinge piece. His glasses look like new, and he no longer has to squint to see from far away. Would definitely purchase from this site again. "

"Ordered a pair of Ray-Bans from ShadesDaddy (SD). Never received the merchandise. Contacted and they said it was my problem, not theirs. I filed a dispute with my credit card company (CCC) and they immediately call me and told me they were going to fix the issue, including refunding in full if they don't find the merchandise quick. Call them again a week later and they told me that the CCC had already refunded in full. That nothing else was to be done and that they considered the case closed. Then I found out via letter from CCC company that they fought the dispute and my refund was reverted. By the time I responded to the CCC, it was too late and SD does not answer my calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR."

However Shades Daddy really needs to improve its customer service, I have not seen any other online vendor that charges for the purchases before shipping the items, this is really unsettling to say the least. On the other hand, It has been over three weeks since I placed this order, and one of the items is still missing, no tracking number or shipping notice, and every time I contact customer service, I get the same story, up to this point I am afraid the pending item will never arrive, and I would portably lose my money. "I placed an order on June 21. My card was charged three times due to a website error. Ok, issue was resolved. It took four weeks to ship. I was told about two to three. It took almost five total weeks until I received it. When I finally opened my package I realized they were not even the lenses I ordered. I contacted customer support again and they said to send them back and they will make sure they sent me the correct lenses. They received my return and refunded my account. And now they are saying they can't do anything about it. And it was the same woman is customer service saying she would make sure it was correct. Now she is saying there is nothing she can do.
