"I bought a very nice pair of Persol glasses for my wife for the holidays. I bought them because the price was really good. Upon opening them they were full of dust and the lens was scratched. I contacted the company, sent them back per their instructions asking for a replacement pair. They said that we caused the damage and would not replace. However, if I gave them another $50 they would replace the lenses. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, so Buyer Beware! Do not deal with this company, they are "SCAMMERS". If the price is too good to be true it usually. Happy Holidays. "

The order arrived in 10 business days. Glasses are authentic. Certainly not lightning fast shipment, but they did have the lowest price online by a huge margin (60%). I'm willing to wait for that. "

Beware the ship times are not even close to what they say they are and it can take up to 8 business days to ship your order even if you pay for overnight or expedited shipping. A real call center rep called me to tell me my frames were not in stock and would take an extra day or two to arrive. They were delivered as stated. "Truth be told, I am was very surprised at the experience I had with shadesemporium site and my order process. The glasses I ordered were back ordered and were going to take longer than expected to receive. I was emailed right away and informed that I can call and work something out. The level of customer service I received far surpassed that of the mall stores I have dealt with. The issue was resolved and everything worked out perfectly. In fact if the sunglasses I received weren't such good quality I would have ordered new glasses by now. 100% satisfaction and still in my bookmarks for when I need to order new sunglasses.
