"Struggling with the refunds: I wrote a mail for refund to shadora. I had requested the refund for the item I shipped on Feb 11 (my item necklace Order #R481310672 for refund $14.99). The item has been delivered at Shadora. I dont see any credit to my credit card yet. It has been a week since it has been reached shadora and I did not get the refund. Since I was awaiting for the the refund and I cancelled another order I made to shadora.
Order #R768108284; Peridot and White Topaz Round Drop Pendant in Sterling Silver with Chain; I got a mail that the order has been cancelled on my request and did not receive any chain but I have been charged with $4.99 after cancelled order confirmation from Shadora.
I already wanted my refund from Shadora for my previous item and another refund also...save my bucks. I dont know how can they charge me if they sent a email confirming that the item order has been cancelled. I am not happy with the refund and charging because once they get the credit card it seems they charge. I will wait and if they dont respond to the refund in few days I may have to dispute the charge with my credit companies as I have email confirmation that they cancelled my order and also tracking for my shipped item

"I am very disappointed with my order from Shadora that arrived today. I purchased a necklace and 2 pair or earrings. The necklace arrived but the pair of earrings said out of stock from the very begining. I emailed someone at the support team who told me that if the earrings were out of stock I would be notified and refunded which I never was.
