"I ordered two rings, and the quality is great for the price I paid. I mean, I don't think either of them was worth the "valued at" price, but still. $14.99 is a pretty nice deal. They arrived two days before the projected delivery date, which is fantastic, and in very nice packaging.
My issue is that one of the rings I received was clearly a different size than what I ordered. Both rings were ordered size seven. One of the rings was correct, the other is HUGE! It looks like a 9 or 10! This happened the other day and I am currently awaiting a response to my email to support.
I gave the site a 4 star rating overall because I am confident that they will help me fix my order, and if not the return fee is pretty modest (I'd rather NOT pay one, but if I had to at least it's only $1.99). The products are nice and the shipping is fantastic. The FAQ was very helpful, and the overall experience was fine. If worse comes to worse I can buy a ring adjuster (although, once again, I don't like that I'm spending extra due to a mistake made on their end). Overall, it seems a decent shopping site."
"I ordered a Black Diamond Accent Sterling Silver Butterfly Pendant and a Mystery Item for a Penny. It said that the mystery item has a list price of $49.99 but I got a Heart-Shaped Pendant with Silver Plating that has a list price of $29.99. I'm very upset since I think this is a legit online business but it turned out that Shadora doesn't keep the claim it made. In another words, this could be a case of deceptive adverstising. If that price is average, they should state it clearly. I hope this is just a mistake and hope that other customer won't get the same feeling."
"Item pictures on website do not honestly reflect the quality of the jewelry. They have been computer enhanced with color adjustments and added "sparkle" to make the items more appealing.

"I was thrilled to find this website and see that I could get high price merchandise (assumed to be overstock or just need to get rid of it to make room for their latest inventory in the stores) for a deeply discounted price. I could get some wonderful pieces for Christmas and not blow my budget. It did take a long time to get to me. They shipped within a few days, but for whatever reason, it stuck around the post office or something and took a long time to get to me. I give it 3 stars rather than 2 (for shipping) because the shipping is free.
The merchandise seems to be misleading. While it is still a value, it certainly isn't the quality that the website seems to imply. I could never pass it off as something I paid $100 or more for. It looks like it is worth the $15-20 I paid for it. I got a black diamond necklace, and it just doesn't look as beautiful as online. I'm disappointed that it doesn't seem to be the same jewelry (and I've ordered several items through separate orders), although if I know to lower my expectations I may continue to order from them. Just don't expect a gem of a necklace for $14.99 even though it is "valued at" $109.99."

Even though their FAQ states they can not cancel orders, they cancelled mine within three hours of my first email (on a Sunday). Great customer service and awesome jewelry at incredible prices!!!"

"Being an avid woot follower, I was intrigued by the piece in inc (or was it entrepreneur) on 1saleaday etc. a few days back. Now I am also thrilled, with their customer service and response times. Last Sunday I made a purchase 19.99 and on Monday I got their Cyber Monday deals, where my item was $5 cheaper (14.99). Not expecting much I emailed them that I was a bit bummed that I paid the higher price hours before the sale. They replied back quickly and refunded me the $5 difference. I was thrilled. I made it a point to go back and spend it there the same day. DW wins even more :)"
