"I am writing this because SharkStores asked me how was my last order. I had ordered from SharkStores twice before and got the jewelry fast and both were of great value.

But this last time I ordered (01/17/2013) earrings for Valentine day I did not get delivery off it. That was despite SharkStores MAIL PIECE TRACKING showed Delivery Confirmation on 26 Jan 2013 11:03 by USPS after UPS dropping it off to them.

I called SharkStores twice and got no help from them on it. They said it is up to me to file a claim with USPS. OK I will do that but what about Valentine day?

I put plan B into action, and Amazon got me a great Valentine gift with next day delivery free. Every place will have a problem once in a while, and its then you see what service is.
Sorry to say SharkStores didn't help me one bit. Thus, I won't be shopping at SharkStores again.
