I usually purchase the box of stuf which includes a large selection of items worth more then the purchase price and have been happy with the selection. Irecent selection which stated over 80.00 of merchandise for 19.00 did not include what I felt to be worth the price. Notifying the company they did give me a credit comparable to my purchase and their condolences regarding my unhappiness with the product. Positive customer service like this makes me a happy and loyal customer."

I have ordered several watches and other stuff from shark stores several times before but haven't returned any of them.The problem only begins when you are not satisfied with something and try to return it back to them.I placed an order (order#70056934) for a powerpatch white leather power pack for iPhone 4/4s battery case and didn't like it and decided to return it.so called the Cust serv and got a RMA# and shipped it back through USPS.
When I didn't receive my refund after a few weeks and called to check the status of the refund they were asking me for a tracking no. I told them that I have the receipt from USPS and I didn't have a tracking no.
I gave them the RMA# which was written in big block letters on the box that I shipped.They told me that they cannot pull it up with the RMA#.They really didn't want to work on it they can pull up with RMA# or my name or phone no. becoz when they restock the returned merchandise there has to be a way to track it right either with the RMA or my name or my tel no. But they really didn't want to work on it and hung up abruptly.This shows how bad their customer service is.finally i have lost my money that I paid for the item plus shipping plus the return shipping and no item in my hand.It is really very frustrating and have decided not to place an order with them anymore.sometimes you may save a few dollars on these deals which they offer on several products but later they make you really pay a big amount if you decide to return something you have purchased.very poor service.never had such poor service from any other merchants.
I really warn my fellow customers to think twice before they order from sharkstores.
