"Sharkstores claims to offer a "deal a day, with integrity" but with this particular purchase they left out the integrity part. Not only did they ship me the wrong item but they refused to guarantee that when I returned the item that I did not order that they would then send me the correct item. I was basically informed that I could either keep the wrong item (also a very nice watch but not what I ordered) or likely just get a refund. I don't know about you but when I order an item I expect to receive the item. If it was in inventory when I ordered it then if they mistakenly sent the wrong item and I send the wrong item back my item should still be available for me since at the time of purchase it should have been removed from available inventory and should awaiting shipping. To basically tell me to take the wrong item or leave it is terrible customer service and is the opposite of integrity. In addition, I asked to speak w/a manager and was told that I could not, that the person I was dealing w/was the only person I could talk to. Very poor customer service."
