"I first started using SharkStores for InvictaShark as it sold my favorite brand of watches. I recent used the site to purchase a pendant and chain for my wife. It took quite a while to show up and when I wrote to complain, they sent me a 2nd pendant which I received within a week. Now that is good customer service!"

"Well it seems that the only way for Shark stores to respond to you is by writing something on this site. I ordered a watch in the early AM on 8/7/2012. After a week it finally shipped on 8/13/2012, which they provided a tracking number, which does not show any information. I have tried to contact through e-mail two times and have received nothing back. Really anything shipping priority mail shouldn't take more than about 3 days to ship in the US, and I believe they are on the east coast and so am I, so it should be less. I find it frustrating it takes more than a week just to ship, and then the shipping information provides no tracking. Since I was so frustrated I decided to call today 8/17/2012 at about 5pm est. their office was already closed for the day and their normal business hours are until 6pm est. It's a good thing I got a great deal on a watch because I would probably just send it back. Shark stores really needs to work on customer service, which they say that was they're all about and their logistics, nothing is seeming to work for them."
