i bought a sound system for my wifes motorcycle a couple of years ago and she has had nothing but compliments about it. i have also given many recommendations to others as for where to go for motorcycle audio equipment. i just recently bought two sets of speakers from shark and was not disappointed at all.
i also host an annual non-profit motorcycle ride in southern west virginia and can say that shark motorcycle audio is a very considerate company.

"I have several Shark systems on my bikes ranging from 100w-1000w. The shipping was very fast. The systems work great. I can hear the 100w system clear at 75mph. Although I recommend atleast the 250w system if you don't have a windshield. I have a Shark intercom system that works great at over 1/2 mile separation between bikes. My friends are amazed at the loudness and sound quality these systems provide. I recommend Shark systems to all my friends and anybody looking for a great system without paying to much. I had a problem once with an amp. I contacted customer service. They shipped a replacement amp that same afternoon. Excellent company to deal with and I look forward to buying from again in the future."

I bought the 250W as well as the 600W never have had a problem out of either of them actually love them. the only thing I wish was that you could talk to them on the phone again like it used to be. It seemed like you were able to get quicker service that way. other than that I will buy again."
"Update*** was contacted about my horrible experience a few days ago and in a manner customer service SHOULD be handled my concerns were addressed and they corrected the issues and concerns I had. In talking with them it appears they were indeed in a transition phase and I was unlucky enough to fall through tall the cracks. They have redeemed themselves to the point of me being pleased with the now proactive response to issues and promised if I order again they will take phone calls now and will personally handle issues. I will now give them another shot in the spring. As a business owner I understand transitions.
DO NOT BUY - No way to contact but by e-mail, their phone # has recording that says some BS response of "To keep prices low we only do e-mails" wtfh is that? Placed an order and I received the completely wrong item. They claim website/voice recording a 4 hour response to e-mail. 2 days for multiple e-mails and website messages for response. Even then its garbage they can't type in English its ridiculous. Item was not new either had been previously opened and box smashed (inside the ups box not the ups box that was fine) Been trying to get a refund now for 4 days they will NOT tell me how to refund it. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY PRICE!!!!! My guess is they got bought/sold/reorganized and they all got fired but some dude in the warehouse whose only job is to do everything. Seemed like such a great company in its day too."
"My comments to the product aside, but i received trillions of comments from my friends and random people about speakers and the sound. I can even hear em on the freeway. Sound can go so much loud and still doesn't sound crappy like how on other speakers i have noticed. My friend said, your two speakers on handlebar sounds like 4 speakers together on my bike. These speakers are that good. Customer service was even better, everyone makes mistake no one is perfect. I received wrong speakers at first, but no hassle for me, they took care of the issue without any problem and let me keep the ones i received. I have to say, I have never seen this good customer service for so long.
You can read reviews below, you can call it a bad luck for those people and my experience overrides their reviews. Seriously! what better could you ask for. These guys make mistakes, im sure everyone does, but they are learning and making themselves a better company with good customer service. I recommend Shark Motorcycle Audio to everyone. "I have had two problems with my unit. First the Amp was not loud enough and was replaced promptly. Second a speaker bracket broke yesterday (manu defect) and a new one is already on the way. The unit sounds great and the customer service has been great also."

"I bought my 250 Amp and speakers in 2009 had a little problem (back light would not work)they shiped me another one to my house in TWO days. Works better than I thought it would. I ride a Harley, it"s loud but I have NO trouble listening at 70 mph. I have helped others place orders for there own, and helped them install. Very easy or I could not do it."

"The product itself I think is great. The customer service stinks. I received a wrong order with the right shipping label. I paid in full for the order through pay pal which means they have their money. I sent the wrong item back and was informed they would not ship my order untill they get the wrong one they shipped me. Should I have to wait for their mistake?"
