This led to a series of emails resulting in my getting exactly what I wanted with just 1 minor glitch.. The main applique (I ordered 3) was a tad too large to fit in my window. So I sat around a few days wondering what I should do when, lo and behold, I saw Terry's sharky s/n on AIM. I said hello and he recalled me right away. (Guess I pestered him enough with all those emails.) I told him what the problem was and he said "just email me the exact measurements you need and we'll get a new one out to you". He clearly laid out the pricing, we went over my design, he made all the changes I requested right away, and was nothing but courteous and friendly. "I e-mailed them about a custom-design applique and sent an image of the picture I wanted. A couple of hours later I received an answer that the applique could be done, so I transfered the money by paypal and they started to work on it. The next day they sent an image of how it would look and I was very satisfied with it but they wanted to brush it up some more.

Two days later they shipped it and I received it 5 days later which I thought was very fast since I live across the Atlantic in Sweden.

Anyway the applique was superb and it came packaged with everything one needed to apply it.
