"Just got my second order from sheinside today, and I love it. "Processing" does take a while - up to 10 business days, not like the 5-7 days they say it will take. My first order shipped from China and probably took 2 additional weeks, but my second order came in just 5 days from CA now that they have a US warehouse (I think?). Make sure to read the measurements carefully for everything you add to your cart. Everything I've gotten so far fits perfectly and match the exact description on the website.
I've emailed customer service probably about seven times asking them to exchange things, asking when my orders will ship, etc. They always get back to me in 2-3 days, reassuring me that things are coming along smoothly. After I got my first order and told them I loved everything, they even thanked me for being so patient and gave me a coupon."

"I placed a huge order yesterday ($500) and the payment went through on their website. I even got a payment confirmation email from them. Couple hours later, I got another email saying the payment wasn't successful and that I need to pay again. But when I checked my credit card history, it has definitely been charged for the amount. Reached out to their customer service (online chat) but the person barely speaks English and has not been responsive at all. If I don't receive an explanation from them today I am going to request a chargeback and stay the hell away from this place forever.

Edit: I finally got the refund. Warning to those who plan on ordering from them. Your best bet is to pay through paypal. I paid my credit card and not only the transaction did not go through, my credit card got flagged for fraudulent attempt and I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to unlock it.

Now that my payment have finally gone through. They're LITERALLY taking FOREVER to ship my orders. I placed my order on Sep 18. Today is Oct 16 and it still says "Processing" on their website. I sent them plenty of emails but they almost never replied. The few times they did they always promised it'll be ship immediately, and nothing happened. AGAIN! When I try to talk to their online help, their staff barely speak English. I'd ask a question and they would not understand and answer it, always saying "yes", "understand", "yes", "plz not worry" and not the actual answer I was looking for. I would have to ask again and again, rephrase it 100 different ways before they finally give me a rude, empty promise, which I'm sure they would not keep.
I am so sick of waiting for my goods that I PAID FOR to arrive. I dont think Sheinside is a scam but they have the worst customer service ever!! 100% will not order again."
