"Orders over $99 qualify for free "express shipping" the website claims. I'm not sure what is express about our order, as far as I can tell nothing is. Items in our order were stuck in "Processing" for well over a week, and when they did ship, they shipped via Fed-Ex Smartpost. If you are unfamiliar with Fed-Ex Smartpost then let me tell you what it is. This is Fed-Ex's most economy method of shipping, they do not offer anything slower. Wow, thanks for the "free express shipping", Shein.
They also offer no way to actually speak to someone on the phone about your order. Unacceptable. Their "customer service" is sending a message to them that they get back to in 24-48 hours and, in our exchanges, they didn't directly answer our questions and used broken english. Canned responses. Honestly, in the age of Amazon how do companies like this survive?
I would never buy from them again. There are many far better options. "
