"ShedsforlessDirect gave me a great deal on a Palram Vitoria 5000 Carport Kit. Customer service for the order was easy. The only glitch was with the shipping company, not ShedsforLessDirect. The shipping company delivered the 300# cargo hours before their advertised delivery window, which had been confirmed by phone and email prior. Luckily there happened to be somebody home to receive it, so it ended up ok.

The Carport itself is fantastic. here's my review:
Very impressive! I must admit the Palram Vitoria Carport was the most satisfying and enjoyable do-it-yourself project I've ever done. The materials quality is top notch, the instructions were surprisingly clear, and the assembly was really, really simple. I'm in my 50's with average mechanical skills.

I ended up doing the entire thing myself and only asked for help when lifting the top to attach the legs. This could have been done solo as well, but my partner and her son were close by, so it was no big deal. I finished the assembly in two easy afternoons.

I can't stress enough how well built this kit is and how easily it went together. Usually when you take on a do-it-yourself project, there's lots of reading between the lines and improvising to get it to work. Not the case here, everything went together perfectly just as the instructions showed, and it was actually fun to do. Not a single part did not fit exactly as it was designed to do.

Also, this carport is very stylish, without any of that ugly sheet metal that most carports use. It adds an extra element of coolness to the driveway that I didn't expect. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. I'll definitely look to Palram first for any future projects.

"These guys work with a shipping company called abf freight. Not only did they lose my $1600 shed, but they didn't even bother to notify me that it was missing. So here I am, losing more money because I had to take off from work to await the delivery that was never going to happen. I know it's the delivery services fault, but sheds for less direct is guilty by association. Buy your shed elsewhere or risk nightmare of chasing down your purchase.
In the small chance that a representative of sheds for less direct is reading this; you'd do well to find a delivery service that won't drop the $1600 ball.

"The shed arrived long before expected and the delivery person gave me good lead time to get to the drop off location, since it was going to a relative's house. The "free floor" that was supposed to be included was not there, but when I called Sheds for Less, they told me they would take care of the problem and the floor arrived in 2 or 3 days with absolutely no hassle involved and didn't hold up the assembly time. Instructions are clear and the product seems to be good quality for the money. I did a lot of online comparison shopping before purchasing, and this was the best deal by quite a bit - especially when including free delivery and no sales tax."

I laid down a bed of crushed stone, and then built a wood frame out of pressure treated lumber to the specs laid out in the instruction book.
